Service agreement
These terms govern use of the MopedMatch Procurement website and its independent buyer-side sourcing inquiry service. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that information supplied for the request is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to communicate for the identified business.
MopedMatch Procurement is not a manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, regulator, certification body, lender, insurer, rental provider, or repair service. We may organize requirements, identify candidate suppliers, compare quotations, coordinate questions, request evidence, and support a logistics handoff. The buyer retains supplier selection and commercial acceptance.
Prices, availability, MOQ, sample or prototype scope, lead time, specifications, documents, warranties, and delivery terms require current supplier confirmation. Quotations must be reviewed against the exact product, configuration, quantity, currency, Incoterm, destination, inspection scope, and required documents. A product-family statement is not evidence for an exact moped.
Any FMVSS, EPA, import, registration, road-use, battery, or other destination requirement is configuration- and jurisdiction-specific. Users must obtain appropriate professional review. The service does not guarantee approval, admissibility, registration, or operating permission.
The buyer is responsible for due diligence, samples or prototype approval, supplier qualification, contracts, payment controls, inspections, import arrangements, taxes, insurance, registration, and final acceptance. Site content is procurement guidance and not legal, regulatory, engineering, financial, or insurance advice.
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized information. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse contact data, or represent a sourcing response as an approval that it does not provide.
We may update these terms as the service and operating requirements change. The version displayed on this page applies when you use the site. If a specific transaction proceeds, its signed commercial documents supersede general site descriptions for that transaction.
